I hope people will see me and realize that they too can have a happy and healthy future, no matter how bleak the present may seem. My goal is to give men and women a sense of hope, so they can start putting their best self forward and become the person God wants them to be.”
Individual Coaching (in person or via phone) I am available to provide one-on-one individual coaching to a limited number of people this year. As your coach, I will guide you through every step of your weight loss journey, with individual meetings tailored specifically to you. I will work with you to create a customized nutrition and fitness plan, and most importantly, work to empower you to achieve success. You will get expert advice and emotional support from someone who knows what you’re going through and how to overcome it.
Although coaching is based on an individual persons need, the basic package includes the following:
· Weekly 30-45 minute coaching session. · Customized nutrition and fitness plan. · Food & Exercise Journal · Weigh-In · Unlimited e-mails for advice and emotional support.
Coaching sessions can be purchased in advance for 1, 2 or 3 month increments, and they can be done in person or via telephone, whichever is preferred.
Additional services (as described below) can also be added to the basic coaching package for more overall support.
Group Coaching If you enjoy sharing your journey with others, then group coaching is for you. This can be combined with individual coaching, or you can just come to the weekly group meetings for support. These coaching sessions include a weekly 45-60 minute meeting and weigh in. A minimum of 8 weeks must be purchased.

Cook for Your Health We’ll cook together at your home to make great tasting healthy meals and appetizers, quickly and easily. You will receive the recipes and nutritional information for each meal we cook.
Maintaining Success After achieving your weight loss goal, we get together monthly to share your successes, create new strategies, and weigh-in. This serves to keep you motivated and focused on maintaining your healthy new lifestyle.
